Tri-C’s Workforce Division helps employers develop specialized training. The College’s subject matter experts will work closely with employers to design an industry-recognized training program.

Tri-C’s employer support team helps employers design a custom approach for continued education, development and tuition reimbursement programs, increasing their return on investment.
Employer Apprenticeship Programs
Tri-C collaborates with employers to create customized apprenticeship programs by offering tailored training, curriculum development and state-of-the-art facilities. The College also assists with state program approval, compliance and implementation.

The Individual Microcredential Assistance Program (IMAP) helps Ohioans participate in a training program to receive a credential at no cost. All Ohioans are eligible to receive training through IMAP.
Tuition Assistance and Third Party Pay

Employer Resources
Cuyahoga County and the state of Ohio provide resources to help employers create a pipeline of skilled workers.
is a state program that helps build a skilled workforce for a tech-infused economy. To participate, employers partner with an approved credential provider, enroll their employees in the program, and upload proof of credential completion to the TechCred website. Employers will be reimbursed for tuition, lab fees, manuals, textbooks and certification costs up to $2,000 per credential.
